6 Awesome Health & Fitness Apps

I'm trying to be just as up-to-date as all the fitness blogs and sites that show off all the new things they learn on the web. You should be too, if you want the easiest and most convenient way to track your progress and make sure of your goals. The follow apps are for the iPhone and range from fitness apps, to food tracking apps, to informational apps. These are six of probably 13,000 apps out there, but these I've used and read reviews that have nothing but positive feedback for. Check these our and see which one works for you!

iPR
All of your CrossFit™ Personal Records at your fingertips. This is the easiest way to see all of your benchmark records at glance, so you'll know which weight to use or time to beat to set a new PR today.

Swipe the page or shake your device for a new tidbit.

The interactive features in the P90X app make it fun and easy to stay motivated. Push through any plateaus, track your reps, manage your weight, and watch your body transform into a lean machine. Good Food Near You

Perfect for frequent travelers, this app recommends healthy food options based on your location, which is tracked by GPS. It targets popular casual dining restaurants, fast-food restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. Tap one of the suggestions and a lengthy list of healthy menu items appears, complete with calorie, fat and carb totals. Once you decide on a place, simply let the built-in map guide you to gastro-satisfaction.
